LENDING CONSULTANT - UNDERWRITING - UNSECURED - CONTRACT

My client, based in Manchester, is a UK-wide provider of financial services, giving award-winning levels of customer service to millions of retail and business customers across the UK. They are looking for a Lending Consultant to deal with complex customer contacts, enquiries and requests in an effective manner to the satisfaction of the customer.

The candidate's main responsibilities with this role include:

- Underwrite complex customer enquiries (primarily relating to Lending and also including specialist outbound management of high risk accounts) - and provide appropriate advice, guidance and services/solutions..
- Organise and prioritise own workload, meeting all deadlines whilst reviewing and monitoring output to ensure quality and service standards are met.
- Develop and participate in activities to promote the understanding of Lending Services procedures and build relationships with key dependencies

Candidates should have previous lending experience as well as being able to make appropriate judgements in various customer lending situations. My client is willing to offer a contract rate of up to £300 a day Dependent upon experience for the initial 3 month duration.
