Overview:

Based within the Deutsche Bank Legal Department as part of the Legal Risk Management team you will support the Legal Division in the identification and management of Risk. Our key responsibility is working with the team and other departments within the Bank to ensure the defined processes, policies, procedures and controls drive the products and services from Legal to meet the required expectations. You will be responsible, as part of the team, for creating and implementing a quality program.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Creating the Quality Assurance process, policies and procedures that will deliver Legal's Control Framework Quality Assurance.
- Achieving sign off for the Quality Assurance Framework.
- Driving and teaching others about the control framework and how it impacts quality Legal output.
- Indentifying the best methods for implementing the quality programme.
- Implementing quality measures to assess and improve the performance of the process.

You will have:

- A proven track record of designing and delivering quality assurance as a service organisation and use of suitable tools and techniques such as process mapping.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to gain credibility with the Legal stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Understanding of how a legal function operates.
- Structured problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of how change associated with Quality Assurance impact the operating model of a team.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
