Legal PA/Document Controller

We are looking for a Legal Executive Admin to join a telecoms company based in Berkshire

Key responsibilities:-

- Format legal documents in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain several contract databases and a hard copy archiving system
- Tracking and checking and reporting on all incoming Estates/Acquisition Documentation and NDA's; circulating for signature and returning to external suppliers within agreed turnaround times and in accordance with defined processes
- Supporting the company secretary function, including managing the process of quarterly operations reports including preparing first draft or reports
- Applying the appropriate level of governance to ensure all documentation received Legal and Estates is properly allocated and escalated where necessary
- Scheduling meetings and events, arranging travel, accommodation equipment bookings and fulfil other administrative duties including typing, filing, maintaining diaries, prepare expenses and ad hoc project support for the team.

The Legal PA will need to have excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to introduce and manage procedures in a fast moving and evolving environment. Looking for strong verbal and written skills providing effective communication across different levels of service. Also Expert skills in Microsoft Office, Advanced in Word and Excel are required.
