Projektbeschreibung
I) Compiling, organising and categorising the current contracts (old, new and expired) and prepare binders for physical storage at the Dubai office;
II) Entering details of the contracts in the pro forma index and register prepared;
III) Co-ordinating with external electronic scanning company for electronically scanning all contracts; and
IV) Up-loading electronic files to Contract Management tool being implemented by Group Legal out of South Africa
Candidates currently based in Dubai United Arab Emirates would be a huge bonus.
