LEGAL/INTEGRITY SPECIALIST - GDPR EXPERT

On behalf of our client, a globally renowned company with international presence, we are looking for a motivated LEGAL/INTEGRITY SPECIALIST - GDPR EXPERT for a contracting position in Zurich.
The successful candidate will implement global strategy and advise management and business on legal and integrity issues relating to the relevant area(s) of responsibility to ensure full compliance with Group directives and instructions, as well as local legal regulations. He/she will provide legal advice and counsel to our client's management across either a broad range of legal issues, or within one specialist area, and manage dispute and litigation matters as directed.
Your tasks:
- Provide general information from GDPR to the business
- Provide advice in process reviews
- Review data processing agreements
- Manage data subject request
- Ensuring that the GDPR process is compliant
- Provide legal expertise to our client's business functions to implement GDPR across the organisation
- Respond to queries from functions representatives concerning GDPR and data protection topics
Your profile:
- Experienced lawyer - GDPR expert
- Expert in data privacy
- Fluent in English (German is not necessary)
Location: Zurich
