Legal Executive, Paralegal, Newly Qualified Solicitor

A large Mobile Telecommunications Provider currently require either a Legal Executive, Paralegal or newly qualified Solicitor to join their expanding team based in Berkshire.

The ideal candidate would have a thorough understanding of the Landlord and Tenant legislation across the UK. Also a good breath of commercial property experience would be beneficial.

Key competencies:
* Drafting standard documentation for lease/licence renewals, deeds of variations, surrender & regrants, licenses to Assign/Under-let, Licenses to Occupy, Tenancies at Will etc.
* Dealing with commercial conveyancing transactions
* Providing support & advice to an in-house team of surveyors and external consultants (surveyors and solicitors)
* Managing external firms of solicitors including answering queries and driving performance and delivery whilst ensuring compliance with the companies strategy
