LEGAL EXECUTIVE - LEGAL DOCUMENTATION/CONTRACTS - GLOBAL OIL & SHIPPING CO.

World Leading Global Energy Trading Company has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Executive to join their Contracts and Documentation Team in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with legal documentation, drafting contracts, and providing advice.

ABOUT YOU:

- The ability to work in an efficient, informed and accurate manner is of great importance.
- The ability to analyse large amounts of data, good organisational skills and excellent communication skills will be highly-prized.
- Typing skills and IT literacy are basic requirements.
- 3-5 years experience.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
