LEGAL COUNSEL - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: 5-12 YEARS PQE

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property to be responsible for assisting with legal documentation, drafting contracts, and providing advice on intellectual property and related areas of law.

- The ability to work in an efficient, informed and accurate manner is of great importance.
- The ability to analyse large amounts of data, good organisational skills, commercial acumen and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Typing skills and IT literacy are basic requirements.
- 5-12 years PQE (Solicitor England and Wales).

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
