LEARNING TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR - SWITZERLAND - 6MONTHS+ CONTRACT
I am currently looking for a LEARNING TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR for one of the largest Medical Device companies in Switzerland.
This is initially a 6 months contract.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support and end user troubleshooting for the Learning Management System (LMS) in place.
You will also manage the LMS functions - learning plan development, item creation, and curriculum
development as well as train employees as required on end-user navigation, reporting and end-user support.
On a daily basis you will be involved in maintaining data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course codes and descriptions and perform data monitoring tasks as assigned and required.
REQUIREMENT
- 2-5 years experience as a LEARNING TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR (Junior Trainer/Training Co-ordinator) ideally within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
- Ideally degree educated
- Solid experience and knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and/or eLearning Technology
- Good understanding of Training Determination Process (TDF)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally SharePoint
