Learning Specialist

An opportunity has arisen within my clients company for a learning specialist to join the Group learning team supporting the Global head in the implementation of a global leadership development program This role will involve; - Supporting the development and management of the global leadership program. Making sure is both commercially relevant and able to build upon existing employee capabilities - Creating and implementing teaching techniques in a variety of different ways including but not limited to online learning, classroom based training and other virtual methods - Ensuring that the executive management learning strategy as well as individual programs match the business strategy as well as the individuals capability needs - Achieving the right balance of global consistency as well as local applicability within a large organisation that operates on a global scale in a heavily governed industry - Managing senior stakeholders and being able to manage the business's demand against available resources The candidate will meet the following criteria; - Relevant experience within a fast-moving, heavily matrix structured environment - Understands both business and commercial challenges at both regional and international level - Experience of having led a team of L&D professionals or HR professionals - The ability to meet with senior stakeholders and adopt a consultative approach - Experience of providing strategic guidance whilst being able to occasionally involve themselves operationally as and when business requires If you wish to be considered for this role please forward your CV immediately
