A Learning Manager is now required by my leading financial services client based in Feltham. The Learning Manager will be required to lead and develop the People Development strategy and associated plan, take ownership of the Talent proposition and people development agenda and to Matrix manage a team.
Experience required:
- Significant experience in design and delivery of learning solutions
- Demonstrable track record of balancing strategic thought with practical implementation
- Matrix management
- Professional Learning/CIPD level qualification or equivalent
- Financial Services
