Our client a Global Manufacturing company is seeking an a Learning and Development Specialist to be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of learning and development programmes. You will be following it through from analysis to design delivery and evaluation. You will need previous experience of working in learning and development and be able to equip employees with the relevant skills through social learning. You will need previous project management experience and be familiar with 70/20/10 learning.
