Tangent are currently looking for an L&D professional to work for their client, a large infrastructure organisation, based from anywhere in the UK.

Role is to validate a TNA for Supervisor Development (behavioural and technical) To create and present a business case for the what, why and how for the Development Programme

Initially for 8 weeks with a possibility of extending to run the programme

Must have worked with Blue Collar before

Pay rate circa £350 a day - may be slightly flexible on this.

They need to produce a training needs analysis for team leaders and supervisors for road workers. They can be based anywhere and will be going out to the sites and asking questions and understanding what the training requirements are, review the existing training, and put together a proposal and recommended approach for the Training Needs Analysis. They will then need to write a paper, recommending the solution, cost it and recommend a budget.

It is an 8 week period of work, and they must have blue collar experience and be happy going out on site and talking to the guys on the sites. They can be based anywhere and this will entail extensive UK travel. The role may be extended and could lead to them leading the project moving forward.
