Learning & Development Management Consultant (m/f)

To drive this forward we are currently searching for a

Learning and Development Management Consultant (m/f) - DACH & Benelux regions

Only permanent position, based in ourFrankfurtoffice

Main responsibilities:

* To deliver all Corporate Management Development programmes, including Management Development, Sales training and Professional skills development across the DACH andBeneluxregions
* To build effective business relationships within the regions and work in collaboration with the Regional Senior Management teams to establish regional initiatives requirements
* Responsible for the design, development and delivery of regional specific products, with any relevant support from the Global Learning and Talent team
* To work in collaboration with the DACH and Benelux L&D Delivery team to share knowledge and ensure consistency in communication
* To work closely with the Global Delivery team to ensure sharing best practice and quality of training intervention
* To support the Learning and Talent Management Team to effectively deliver our key strategic priorities
* To use a wide range of tools to develop the Management population, including Classroom training, forums and coaching

Required Qualifications

* Experience of delivering a wide range of programmes, specifically Management Development, Professional skills development and understanding of Management Development tools
* Experience of working for an international company and working with multicultural stakeholders and participants
* Proven international experience in Learning and experienced in conducting Training Needs Analysis, training design, development and evaluation
* Experience of delivering formal and informal training, Management development through coaching and other interventions
* Knowledge and experience of delivery via Video Conference, WebEx, and online tools
* Excellent communication skills are required, with fluent English language skills - German and Dutch language skills would be an asset
* Passionate and committed to training, with excellent rapport building skills
* Flexibility and ability to travel are key factors for this role
