Learning & Development Coordinator

One of our large investment Banking clients is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to l provide continuity of cover to ensure new hired staff are trained to operate our systems and understand our key processes. They will ensure that crucial regulatory functions are maintained. They will also support PB MA/Talent Development in the implementation of GTtRM and GFLC programmes. Other core activities will include maintaining existing eLearning courseware.

Background as a l Learning & Development Coordinator within banking or similar
Experience with onboarding.training new starters with systems, confident using technology/systems
coordination, logistics, organised, diligent

key areas of responsibility for the mat cover person is:

Operational management of the CPD system, MyCompetence
oEnsure CPD years are accurately recorded in MyCompetence
oCreating learning events on a weekly basis
oTracking completion of mandatory training
oUpdating training records (MyLearning->MyCompetence) on a monthly basis
oReporting on CPD activity on a quarterly/monthly basis
oProvide 1st line support on CPD-related issues
oConduct routine administration of the MyCompetence system
oAdd, amend and remove employees on the MyCompetence system
oProvide CPD reports for leavers
oMaintaining T
oAuthorise release of BlackBerry/Business Cards/AMEX
oObtain Full Competence sign off
oNotify CCG/Registrations of change in status from "Trainee CF30" to "Competent CF30"
oProvide basic at-desk systems (RMPlus, Globus, EWF etc) and process (Account opening etc) training to new hired RMs and Analysts
oAdministering External Education applications
oAdvise applicants of the EE rules
oAdminister EE applications
oTracking and reporting on progress of external courses
oFront Line Certification
oResponsible for administering FrontLine Training Certification in the UK.
oCoordinate and assist Switzerland with the facilitation of semi-annual Assessment Centres.
oMaintain the participant report for the Frontline Certification, ensuring that all new hires are assigned to the correct certification
oMaintain adequate numbers of Line Experts to enable smooth running of Assessment Centres
eLearning
oMaintain and update content of policies and procedures eLearning suit delivered to new hires
oMaintain regular contact with the Project Office, FOS, FO to produce eLearning on an ad hoc basis
oProject lead the updating of the Rules of the Road eLearning
oTraining Support
oOffer logistic support to the Project Team and the Front Office:
booking rooms, sending invites and tracking attendance etc.
oPayment of invoices via MyShop portal
