As the Learning and Development Consultant you will be tasked with managing the Managed Learning provider, overseeing the quality and effectiveness of the programmes provided. Other tasks will include assisting with preparations for a change in soft skill perspective to innovate through social learning, combined with delivery of classroom and online modules.
The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience as well as familiarity with 70:20:10 Learning.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
