Learning Designer

LEARNING DESIGNER

Our client a leading mobile operator is looking for a Learning Designer to be responsible for supporting the people development strategy, through the development of leading edge solutions aligned to the 70:20:10 principles.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

- Define, design and deliver leading edge solutions
- Agree the learning solution with the People Development Consultant
- Maintain an external view to ensure we incorporate good practice and thought leadership in development
- Embed the 70:20:10 principle with all learning interventions
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships - SMEs
- Co-facilitate TTT activities to test the design
- Participate in projects as identified by the People & Development Design Manager
- Incorporate SME feedback into design updates.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Must have understanding and experience of defining and designing leading edge learning solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- proven knowledge of working in a 70:20:10 environment
- Experience of delivering TTT session when testing the designed piece of work
- Strong self-management and organisational skills with the ability to be delivery focused
- Adobe Suite, Captivate, HTML 5 accreditation, web coding
- Excellent business acumen.
- it would also be advantageous to have professional qualifications CIPD, TAP certificate in training delivery.
