Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Arts, or Humanities preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience contributing strongly towards the design and creation of educational software products from a learning design perspective
- Proven experience in a lead project role managing internal, and outsource partner resources
- Proven experience collaborating with graphic designers, animators, business analysts, technical engineers and QA
- Strong design/aesthetic sensibilities
- Industry knowledge; capable of assessing the quality of educational products quickly and thoroughly
- Understands current trends in education and the education market
- Committed to excellence
- Passionate about creating learning products, keen to understand different user groups and how they learn
- Exhibit direct involvement in the creation of artifacts such as wireframes, process flows, flow charts, schematics, functional requirements, user scenarios, personas, use cases or content matrices.
- Experience designing website interfaces an advantage
- Experience using Axure Pro 6 an advantage
- Experience writing educational content and curriculum plans for multimedia platforms an advantage
