LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, HR, TRAINING OFFICER, CONTRACT

Yet another EXCLUSIVE opportunity for ERG!  Due to continuous success in all areas, this London based Council has headcount for an ambitious Learning and development Officer/Training officer/HR Consultant, to be based from their prestigious offices in London.

You will be working in the Adult Social Services department; therefore previous experience working within Social Care is a nice to have. If not experience working with the local government/Council is essential.

You will have experience of managing self, or others to undertake all elements of the training cycle including training needs analysis, evaluation, commissioning and delivery of training. The ability to contribute to the development and reviewing of core learning and development strategies, policies and procedures. Including the development of a suite of tools for use in developing our learning and training plan.

This role requires a reliable, personable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and articulate individual to work with a fantastic council, which rewards you with a great future growth and opportunities. Along with this you must have the ability to present information in written, verbal and statistical forms for a variety of purposes and to a high standard.
