Leeds 3 - 4 months fixed term contract

Experienced and innovative Learning and Development Officers are required for contract work based in Leeds for a customer focused outsourcing provider in our contact centre division.

Our Learning and Development Officers train approximately 15 delegates through induction, customer service, systems and brand training in the classroom and also provide on the job coaching. We are looking for Trainers who have a passion for delivery of training and can successful engage their audience. The role will also involve training needs analysis, evaluation and development of learning solutions and ability to assess the return on investment of training packages.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in learning and development.
