IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Design of cross-functional solutions in the area of people and organization development
-Collaboration with the HR leadership team
-Ensure with the HR management team that day-to-day requests and new demands are balanced with agreed priorities as well as capabilities and capacities
-Conceptually design of new HR instruments and tools within the HR strategy and implementation
-Evaluation of training and development needs in co-operation with business leaders and development of own/selection of external L&D programs
-Project lead of national and international projects and change initiatives
-Design and facilitate internal workshops and trainings
-Set-up and support operative change management in the business units
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in leadership/talent/organization development in an international environment
-Strong project management skills
-Stakeholder and vendor management skills
-Strong conceptional skills and proven experience in designing international HR instruments, training, workshops or blended learning approaches
-Strong presentation and facilitation skills with international and senior management target audiences
-Fluency in English
