This is a contract role for 6 months initially with possible extension.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Track record in learning and development, including developing and implementing L & D strategy, leadership and management development and providing interventions which have delivered the capability required and value for money
- Diagnostic and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to represent the Directorate when attending meetings both inside and outside Acas.
- Experience supporting for the development and implementation of L&D Strategy
