Learning and Development Manager

My client, a large public sector organisation, is currently looking for an experienced learning and development manager to join their team. The suitable candidate will be hold a MCIPD qualification. The role is being offered on an initial 6 month contract.

The role will involve delivering training programmes to line manager. You will be responsible for delivering training in both a formal and informal setting, producing relevant course materials and documents. The individual will also be responsible for sharing best practice and also conducting train the trainer sessions.

Experience required
The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills and will be experienced at training and/or coaching individuals in a professional environment.

This role will involve a lot of travel, usually 3-4 days per wee. with over-night stays. Please only apply if you are prepared to be fully flexible with travel.
The role is paying up to £300/day plus expenses.
