My client a market leading organisation require a Learning and Development (L&D) consultant to join them on a contract basis. Working within a contact centre environment you will be responsible for the induction and coaching experience across all contact centre staff and providing support to senior stakeholders and managers in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
You will have previously worked within a contact centre/call centre environment delivering Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives. Financial services experience is highly advantageous.
