LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Consultant for a 6 month contract role based in Manchester with a daily rate of £300-£350.

You will be working on a Divestment/Separation Project.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- Conduct training needs analysis against role profiles and process requirements.
- Design training material against pre agreed design standards or amend existing material.
- Coach and develop SME's in the design of effective and high impact training material.
- Develop or provide 'train the trainer' support.
- Translate behavioural framework into workable learning interventions.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proven track record of developing high quality, impactful material from scratch within tight deadlines.
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced and diverse business with tight and changing deadlines and priorities.
- Understanding of the regulatory aspects of training and competency and how that is reflected in training methodology and supervisory requirements.
- Engaging and dynamic deliverer with the ability to coach others to a high standard.
- Experience of developing solutions using all aspects of the training cycle.
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis.
