Projektbeschreibung

Roleanalysing trends to identify specific staff development needs and designing tailored training for a range of staff throughout the customer service centre.

The team manage the external training budget, provide training via one-to-one or groups and deliver inductions, soft skills training and technical training. The team analyse and evaluate training outcomes to ensure they bring in new ideas to continuously improve training material to push the customer service centre forward.

Service Hours - 08:00 - 17:00hrs Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)

You will be required to

- Provide supporting 'how to' guides which explain the benefits and encourage colleagues to use the interim and Strategic portals Training all staff to use the Internal staff portal
- Cross Training staff as required - skill Matrix, soft skills, technical, professional etc.
- Training staff on any new strategic tools
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with the management team
- Design and expanding training and development programmes based on both the clients and the individual's needs
- Developing effective induction programmes
- Conduct 1:1s with trainees
- Devisie individual learning plans
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and contributing to the training strategy
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Ideally TPMA (Trainer Performance, Monitoring & Assessment) certified or equivalent qualification
- Willing to travel to Edinburgh and London
- Experience of preparing and delivering classroom based training, ideally as a dedicated IT trainer
- Importantly, the candidate must be a confident communicator, be organised, enthusiastic and great with people
- As the role is very autonomous, it would suit someone used to taking responsibility and managing their own daily workload.
