My client, a major Financial Services Organisation, is currently looking for a Lean Sustainability Manager for a contract position based in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the lean approach and methodologies are Embedded across the business. They will also need to support the analysis and design of process improvement.
Experience
-Extensive experience within a Financial Services environment
-Proven experience of working with and successful application of lean practices, tools and techniques (or equivalent continuous improvement tools)
-Relationship management, especially senior stakeholder management
-Multi level communication and influencing ability
-Excellent facilitation skills
