-Development of the R&D strategy
-Strategic Planning Process for R&D
-Management of Lean Six Sigma and LSS dashboard for portfolio of projects
-Training of Green Belt candidates
-Leading strategic initiatives
-Efficiency evaluations in R&D including gap analysis areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma methods where possible
-Development of recommendations/options for the identified initiatives together with the functions
-Definition of strategy implementation plans which may or may not include vendor management
-Design of change management and communication plans as well as stakeholder engagement
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound pharma industry experience
-Excellent project management skills
-Knowledge of regulatory affairs desirable
-Six Sigma Green Belt
