ROLE DESCRIPTION
Your role will be to enable the client to identify problems within their logistic processes and to solve them in a structured manner. For that purpose you will provide tool training and moderate workshops in German within different locations. Together with the logistic experts you will build a team with the objective to harmonize and improve the logistic processes. Overall goal is to build a lean CI culture and a robust process foundation for the subsequent system implementation.
EXPERIENCE
- You know lean and six sigma tools as VOC, VSM, PDCA, DMAIC
- You have deployed and applied lean/six sigma
- You have large coaching experience
- You have been working on business transformation programs
- Ideally you are black belt certified or senior lean consultant
ADDITIONAL
- You speak German fluently and good Englisch
- You are able to travel in Germany
