LEAN PROJECT MANAGER/PROCESS ENGINEER
DUBLIN CITY CENTRE, CONTRACT
LEAN PROJECT MANAGER/PROCESS ENGINEER ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager/Process Engineer with experience working on Process Analysis, Design and Development.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the role and operations of the finance function in a large organisation in particular with a focus on the optimisation of finance business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the business sponsor to identify finance processes to prioritise for review and re-design
Identify, design, and implement improvement and change initiatives of processes across the finance function to reduce cost and increase efficiency of financial processes.
Uses data analysis to provide insight and advice on process improvement opportunities and to quantify the potential benefits from improvement
Incorporates the use of data analysis, project management and business process improvement methodology and Tools in leading cross regional/cross functional projects and business management processes.
Document as is and to be processes, identify impacts and dependencies beyond the finance function
Work with project teams to ensure newly optimized processes become Embedded and sustained into the organization.
Report to Finance Programme Management, escalating issues where required and preparing project updates/decision papers suitable for senior management
Manage and communicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations and enable early identification/resolution of issues
LEAN PROJECT MANAGER/PROCESS ENGINEER:
REQUIRED:
Experience of leading and driving process mapping, process optimisation and standardisation with multiple stakeholders
Experience of Lean, Six Sigma process excellence methodologies.
Lean Six Sigma black belt certification.
Change management/transformation experience, including an understanding of how change to process, organisation and systems combine and support this
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
DESIRABLE:
