Lean Practitioner

My Client who are a leading name in their sector are currently looking for a Lean Practitioner to join their team.

Role:
To deploy the Performance Excellence (Lean) ways of working in order that teams can continually improve processes and performance in a sustainable way and then ensuring that best practice is standardised across teams

Skills/Experience
Good project management understanding. Be able to analyse and anticipate sources of risk, assess probability and consequence, plan mitigation and actively manage acceptable levels of risk. Able to identify, justify, optimise and track benefits to meet project and/or strategic aims Green Belt in Six Sigma and/or Lean -
Orange Belt in Facilitative Leadership/Creative Problem Solving
- Team working
- Effective communication skills
- Change Management
- Project Management - As above, and including;
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Excellent coaching and training skills
- Strong team working and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Use of Sharepoint would be an advantage
- MS Excel, word, email etc.- No direct reports
- Operations Performance Excellence Lead
- Operations project workstream leads
- Operational Management team
- Business Analysts Deploying and supporting the business in sustaining Performance
