Lean Engineer - Leading Global Manufacturer

This role will report to the Lean Programme Manager and be a key role in driving and developing lean improvements within the company. You will deliver 2 to 3 projects per year as directed by the Lean programme manager. Interested? We are looking for a candidate with good proven experience in lean and lean transformation. Experience in a volume manufacturing environment again would be beneficial but is not essential. On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £38,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience plus a generous benefits package including contributory pension and bonus.
