Lean Consultant

Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company currently going through a LEAN journey, is looking for a Lean Consultant.

Location: Walloon Brabant

Duration: 4 months

Scope of work:

- LEAN Culture Assessement & Teams Coaching
- Using the rating grid based on the four LEAN Culture pillars (Performance measures, visual company, leaders on the shopfloor, continuous improvement) perform teams assessement on Lean Culture capabilities, seek areas for improvements, coach and support the teams
- The working environment concerns one entityof about 200 people where Bulk antigens are produced.
- The mission will focus on production teams (supervisor, technicians and operators) and direct support to production (technical services) of about 140 people.
- Teams assessement on Lean Culture capabilities
- Seek areas for improvements
- Coach and support the teams to evolve in lean culture

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate (4 years) in science, engineering, economics or equivalent
- Autonomy
- Knowledge: Lean six sigma tools (5 S, 7 waste, KPI, Visual controls, Tier accountability)
- Experience: 2 years in Lean Culture, equivalent project experience (audit, coaching) working with teams on the operations field
