Lean Coach-Six Sigma-Lean Transformation-Sustainability - Banking

Leading Financial Institution requires a Lean Coach to lead, facilitate and drive lean transformation across their Finance Change Team. This work stream is a key component of their finance transformation programme which is aiming to reduce time spent on transactional activities and allow time to focus on analysis and value-adding services for their customers. You will provide expert knowledge to the business leadership, the business team leaders and the core change team. You will be expected to deliver the business benefits from the transformation and build the foundations of a lean environment where continuous improvement is successfully sustained. A key deliverable of this role is the transfer of continuous improvement knowledge including Lean capability to key stakeholders in the business area. Primarily you will plan and lead Lean sustainability for a business area, baseline current state Lean capability, identify gaps to the next level of capability, prioritize gaps with management team and build consecutive 100 day plans to close gaps. Experience wise you must be able to demonstrate very strong engagement, communication and inter-personal skills. Also continuous improvement through leading and delivering project or change initiatives within a finance services environment. Clearly you will have technical understanding and experience of lean deployment/lean six-sigma/six sigma techniques.
