Leadership Training Consultant/L&D Consultant

Leadership Training Consultant, Leadership Consultant, L&D Consultant. Central London. CIPD. Consultant required to design and deliver leadership training programmes to the business' management structure, initially on a 3 month contract but with scope for a long term assignment paying £350 - £500 per day.

Our prestigious client have a requirement for an experienced Leadership Training Consultant to join the business to design and deliver a number of leadership initiatives, programmes and workshops to the business' middle and senior management. This role will require some travel to the business' sites across the UK.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following:

- Extensive experience of undertaking Leadership Training Consultancy roles
- Hands on Coaching and facilitation experience (ideally ILM Level 5 or 7 Coaching certification or similar)
- Extensive experience of working in hands on L&D, Talent, OD or Career Development roles (ideally with CIPD certification)
- Degree or Masters in Occupational Psychology or similar
- Membership of the BPS (ideally with BPS Level A and B certification)
- Experience of designing and delivering leadership training programmes, interventions and workshops to Senior & middle management
