LEAD TESTER (.NET/WEB/AGILE)

Exciting new opportunity for a Lead Tester to join a dynamic software firm that is rapidly growing.

You will be responsible for testing .NET (C#/ASP.NET) web based applications in a Agile/SCRUM environment. You will be doing hands on testing and mentoring and providing technical leadership to other Testers/QA Engineers. The current focus is manual testing and over time the team will be moving into automation so any automation testing experience would be ideal.

You will work closely with the development team, Project Managers, and Business Analyst. You will create detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies . You will perform functional Black Box, White Box, and regression testing. Preference for SQL Server experience. This is a contract to hire position in Alpharetta. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- 6+ years of Testing and Quality Assurance experience
- Experience providing team leadership and mentoring
- Experience testing .NET web applications
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM
- Desire to learn new tools and automation
- 4 Year Degree (must have)
- Self motivated and managed
- Consultative personality and excellent communication skills
