Great Client is seeking a Lead Solutions Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. Seeking a qualified candidate who can assist in the development of processes, tools, reports and applications that will support the operational departments in meeting its goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in researching, developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems. The candidate will provide guidance and support for the Solutions Engineering team responsible for providing second level support for a variety of Client products. The Lead Solutions Analyst will maintain the effective administration of progress reports and ensuring the team follows the guidelines/SLAs for resolving escalated issues. The position requires a firm grasp of relational databases and fundamentals of systems software design.

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:

- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years experience in web development, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Knowledge of Microsoft Internet technology, including IIS and ASP.NET a plus.
- Experience with SQL Server Enterprise Manager, SQL Server Management Studio, Query Analyzer, Visual Studio or similar tools.
- Transact SQL programming required including experience with creating stored procedures, views, functions, and SSIS packages.
- Experience developing web based applications.
- Strong technical knowledge on subjects including PC hardware, Internet connectivity, database replication, performance monitoring, FTP, Windows Operating systems, networks, Firewalls, and web browsers.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills including experience interfacing directly with customers/users.
- Skilled technical writer able to document problems and solutions for users and other support personnel.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
- Demonstrated strategic problem solving and advanced analytical skills.
- Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills with great attention to detail.
- Highly self-reliant and motivated to take ownership of tasks through completion with little supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.

Travel: Travel is required on an as needed basis. Travel should not exceed 25% on an overall basis, with occasional increases in travel demands.
