Lead SAS Technical Analyst (Developer)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Technical Lead

2) Analysis, Design, Delivery of Data Warehouse and Data Mart data models and ETL specifications

3) Define, create, and test ETL flows using SAS DI Studio

4) Requirements Analysis, design and implementation of reporting using SAS Visual Analytics

5) Coach junior team members

Opportunity to get SAS Federation Server experience.

KEY CAPABILITIES/TASKS:

1) Strong SAS DI Studio, SAS Visual Analytics, SQL

2) Strong Technical Architecture overview:

- able to confidently justify/defend architecture/design choices

3) Strong Datamodelling:

- detail design the logical data model (with good documentation) in the context of date warehouse design
- demonstrate strong mapping between the logical data model and the components described in the Architectural Model

4) Strong Analysis and Design skills:

- complete the operational model in order to determine/validate the infrastructure needs
- ensure that design decisions are fully justified and understood

5) Strong documentation & technical skills:

- drive the project from a technical perspective
- ensure that the project needs are being met (including provision of good quality documentation).

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Brussels, (possible occassional trips of 1-2 days in Athens)
