Lead Project Manager - Retail Banking - HR - Bristol - £396/day

My client, a leading UK Retail Bank, are currently looking for an accomplished Project Manager to work on one of their HR programmes.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

The Programme will deliver capabilities and process improvements

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

A HR project manager is required to:

- Engage with stakeholders across HR and the business to understand the impacts of a new Organisation Design
- Work as part of an existing HR team to implement the new Organisation Design, reporting into the project team

CORE SKILLS

- Understanding of a broad range of HR principles, particularly in a Change/Project role.
- Experience of the End to End implementation of a new Organisation Design
- Experience of working in a large, complex organisation with rigorous governance requirements
- Project Management

DESIRED SKILLS

- Experience of developing comms for colleagues/staff.
- Professional HR qualification
