Role Description
Manages and controls the delivery of medium to large projects or workstreams within very large projects or programmes taking responsibility for delivering solutions which address business needs. Manages resources to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.
Skills
- Strategic thinking to understand the linkages and dependencies across projects within programmes
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Clear and articulate communicator with effective influencing skills
- Experience of dealing with and leading wide stakeholder sets
- Experience of working within a large retail bank (or similar corporate) can ref management of wider organisational risks etc
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Self starter - ability to work alone or part of a team
