LEAD PROJECT MANAGER - PAYMENTS/COMMERCIAL/MIGRATIONS - 6 MONTHS - GLASGOW/EDINBURGH

A top retail bank based in Glasgow currently requires a Lead Project Manager to join a new payments migration programme within commercial banking for an initial 6 month period.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Due to the nature of this programme there will be a considerable amount of stakeholder management at senior level on top of the normal Project Manager role and responsibilities.

KEY SKILLS

Previous experience working in a migration related programme would be beneficial along with understanding of testing. The candidate must have previous experience within an implementation based environment.

The successful candidate will be leading a team of Bas on a daily basis with oversight on the testing resource pointing into the project. They will also be responsible for the central programme build and management of GP test and implementation resource so this is a significant stretch. Preferred location would be Glasgow but the client is happy to consider someone who would be based in Edinburgh as well due to the nature of the project.
