Lead Project Manager

Lead Project Manager for overall IT delivery wanted for our client, an international bank in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Managing the shared components as a global product which includes global requirements, deployment and stakeholder management
- Providing leadership for global delivery team and directing globally distributed engineering teams
- Coordinating projects and relationship management, communication, budget, scope, overall architecture and delivery of underlying work streams and projects
- Developing solution architecture based on global and regional requirements
- Organising outsourcing/offshore delivery in order to drive efficient project delivery

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- University degree or higher education in Information Technology, Mathematics or business administration
- Long term experience in leading larger international teams (30+ staff) as line or program manager
- Expertise in Agile methodologies as release train engineer product owner/product manager, ideally within Scaled Agile Framework (Safe)
- Solid know-how of distributed development (Java EE/Oracle) with understanding of Mainframe and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
- Engineering background as developer, technical lead or solution architect
- Very good banking knowledge in particular understanding cash and security settlement processes within operations
