Lead PMO - Bilingual French and English

My client, an International Insurance Company, are currently looking for someone to join their Solvency II Programme to reinforce the Department of Prudential Affairs.

This is a freelance contract opportunity that will last for 8 months and will be based in Paris. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and French and have recent experience in the Insurance sector.

The main objective of this position will be to prepare the different committees of the project management and coordinate between the 3 main work streams of the Programme.

Main Responsibilities:

- Build efficient programme management messages/presentations for Comex members
- Successfully identify and describe the key achievements since the previous committee,
- Identifying the risks and issues and identifying the decisions needed
- Leverage efficiently on the work done by the PMOs of different committees
- Secure success of programme in terms of partner commitment, mthodology, quality, timeframe, budget, and risk assessment

Key capabilities:

- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience working on major programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Solvency II is a plus
- Interest/previous experience working in multi-cultural environments
- Recent insurance experience
- Fluent in French and English
