Lead PMO Analyst

LEAD PMO ANALYST - 1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

LOCATION: CENTRAL GLASGOW

SALARY: £30,000

We currently have a vacancy for a Lead PMO Analyst to join our busy and fast paced Glasgow based team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a large IT programme. The role requires a candidate that has experience of working within a programme/project management environment and is now looking to make that next step into a lead role

Duties will include

- Maintenance of the tight control on programme governance,
- Continued support of the development of programme deliverables,
- Support of any programme audit activities,
- Implementation and management of programme plans, S&D analysis and reporting
- Generate and report upon complex MI.
- Manage Capita Life and Pensions wide stakeholders and regular reporting and interface with 2 set of clients
- Tailoring current templates and governance structures for each of our clients

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong experience of working in a project or programme office environment.
- Experience of working with project supply and demand, budgets, forecasts and trackers and providing reports of financial and/or supply and demand data
- Experience of project estimating methods and underpinning assumptions and associated risks
- Reporting complex MI associated commentary to suit varying audiences
- Commercial awareness required to work with a client and within the terms of a client's contract
- Experience of stakeholder and client management

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced MSP skills
