JOB PROFILE LEAD PLANNER SERVICE DELIVERY

The Lead Planner develops, designs and implements new services to support the companies technical function in line with business requirements.

- Undertakes process gap analysis to find potential areas of improvement, enhancement and/or PROCESS RE-ENGINEERINGand implementing these improvements;
- Enhances process efficiency and makes quality improvements through SIX SIGMAprojects or other tools;
- Ensures KPI delivery as per agreed SLA;
- Creates a geographically optimised planning in the most economical way with the minimum of RESOURCES;
- Provides stable planning by a proactive approach and realistic targets;
- Reschedules contracts and task delays within maximum 2 days;
- Processes the workflow in various systems (Xtract, OHS, Siebel, planningtool, email, phone ) by respecting the internal OLA's;
- Utilises knowledge and general technical overview towards the workload of installations, the resources needed, the visits required and the time needed to execute the work;
- Handles large projects spread over multiple weeks in coordination with the lead technicians and handle various projects in coordination with OM/PM;
- Has a very customer focused, with a clear and positive way of communicating towards the customer concerning access and be able to answer possible first line questions that may be asked by the customer and provide an added value.

JOB REQUIREMENTS LEAD PLANNER SERVICE DELIVERY

- Direct customer facing communication experience, communicating in a professional, positive, clear and customer focused manner; with the ability to answer possible first line questions that may be asked by the customer and provide an added value;
- Previous experience of successfully handling multiple WORKFLOWSbetween different departments, locally and internationally;
- Proven experience with administrative tasks and being meticulous with this;
- Proven experience of handling large projects over multiple days/weeks in coordination with internal teams (lead technicians) and handling various projects in coordination with Order Managers and Project Managers;
- Previous experience of planning, whilst demonstrating a proactive approach and realistic appreciation of targets;
- Direct experience of rescheduling contracts and task delays within short and strict timeframes;
- Demonstrate experience of processing the workflow in various systems (Xtract, OHS, Siebel, planningtool, email, phone ) respecting internal OLA's;
- Understands the workload of installations, the resources needed, the visits required and the time needed to execute the work.
