Lead OSS Solution Architect

OSS Architect, eTOM, TMForum, ITIL, EA, MS Visio, e2e Journey, COTS.

eCRM Euro are currently looking for a Lead OSS Solution Architect to join our team based in Den Haag, Netherlands.

The Lead OSS Solution Architect will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10-12 Architects.

Skills Required
Customer centric and solution oriented Telecom OSS architect.
Domain certifications eTOM, TMForum, TOGAF, ITIL would be an added advantage.
Use of architecture and modelling tools such as EA, MS Visio etc.
The individual must possess experience working with customers/vendors as well as show agood understanding of the Telco product portfolio and OSS principles, processes, technologyand application engineering.
Detailed knowledge of Telecom networking and telecommunication technologies POTS, IP,Ethernet and Fiber.
Detailed knowledge of e2e journeys and processes across fulfillment, inventory and assurancedomains.
Understand Telco vision and roadmap and deliver architecture and design strategy androadmap for the same.

Requirements
Will have 12 years of extensive experience in the Telco OSS domain (Fixed and Mobile) with atleast 8-9 years in the capacity of lead OSS architect.
Will have exposure on Telcos Networks-Core, Access, Transport.
Will possess extensive hands on experience in implementation of leading COTS in at least one of the area ofOSS domain- Inventory, Provisioning/Activation, Order Management and Fault/Performancemanagement etc.
Will have experience in leading complex OSS Transformation/IT Simplification program for Tier 1 Telcoin the capacity of lead Solution Architect.

Job description
Must possess the ability to immediately comprehend Telcos OSS roadmap and strategy.
Guide Telco in finalize the Transformation roadmap, scope and associated risks
Design Office of Transformation program, plan andengage in workshops with clients Enterprise Architects, product vendors and 3rd partySMEs finalizing Program Phases, Solution BluePrint, Business Use Cases
Define overall Migration strategy and guide Migration team during design execution.
Validate all the Non Functional requirements and provide inputs to the applications teamon sizing.
Demonstrate problem solving, solution expertise, consultative questioning and activelistening skills
Support delivery and program management with estimations and planning.
Collaborate with and lead technical experts to develop detailed specifications.
Recognize team members roles, responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses in order toimprove and optimize virtual team effectiveness.
