I have an excellent opportunity for a lead Mechanical Engineer to work for a large company working on a nuclear site new facility project. You will be required to provide mechanical engineering support, being responsible for the scheme designs for detailing and manufacturing, specifications, calculations, and liaising with design houses and manufacturers/suppliers.

For this lead Mechanical Engineer position, you should have:-
-Design experience of mechanical design (they use Inventor) - although this is not a hands-on CAD role. Should be able to perform mechanical calculations, scheme and detail design
-Ideally design experience within the nuclear industry
-Knowledge of mechanical equipment and pressure systems
-At least 5 years of design/project engineering experience
-HNC in mechanical engineering discipline
