Lead Java Developer

Lead Java Developer/J2EE/Oracle/WebSphere

We are currently looking for a Lead Java Developer to work on a fantastic project in a complex and dynamic environment. As the lead Java developer you'll get involved in the entire process from design up until the implementation in production.

Responsibilities for the lead Java developer will include: -
-Design software based on business requirements
-Implement software in Java
-Create support documents
-Support and maintain your own code or code written by others
-Coach and lead developers in the team

To be considered for this lead Java developer you must have: -
-You have a HBO/WO degree preferably IT related
-At least 5 years of Java development experience
-Experience with building SOAP web services, SOAPUI
-Experience with developing interfaces to a LDAP
-Experience with building authentication mechanisms in J2EE
-Knowledge and experience using Spring, Hibernate, Junit, SQL, Linux
-Experience with Eclipse and/or IntelliJ
-Knowledge or experience with Agile methods, experience with Scrum is highly advantageous
-Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

This is a fantastic contract opportunity with the likelihood of multiple extensions.
