Lead IT Security Engineer - Cryptography Expert - 55-70k+

A leading global bank is looking to hire a Cryptography Subject Matter Expert to join their well established IT and Information Security team. This role will involve driving overall security architecture and providing leadership in planning, development and delivery of security/crypto standards. The cryptography expert will also drive crypto solutions and product development in response to ever evolving business requirements and be the face of IT Security/Cryptography for the bank.

The team ensure the security of one of the largest banks in the world and therefore are actively encouraged to offer new ideas and solutions to ensure that the bank remains ahead of the curve in the IT/Information security race.

Ideal Skill Set:
* Cryptographic functions: PKI; symmetric and asymmetric encryption/decryption; has function and digital signatures.
* Microsoft PKI, Thales (HSM), Safenet (HSM), IBM DKMS/TKE, PKCS, EMV symmetric and asymmetric keys, certificates, SHA, RSA.
* Cryptography Project and Solution Delivery
* Passionate about security/crypto and ahead of the curve in new developments and issues within the space

This role will suit a Cryptography/IT Security engineer with a real passion for the subject, keen to work on the largest financial security projects and being credited to providing business critical solutions.
