Type: Contract

Rate: £800 - 850

Location: London

My Government client is looking for a High Risk Review Leader will be responsible for delivering the assurance review and accountable to the project's Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) for its successful completion.

Job Criteria:

*Striking an early and constructive relationship with the SRO
*Gaining a clear understanding of the essential elements of the project in advance of the review's planning meeting
*Agreeing the review's detailed scope and logistics
*Leading the review team, ensuring it is delivered to approved standards
*Preparing and delivering the draft report to the SRO on the final day of the review, then agreeing the final version within a week
*Coaching team members, identifying and encouraging prospective team leaders, providing written feedback on members
*Facilitating the transfer of knowledge and skills to members and the SRO.
*Written acceptance of offer within a week
*Initial engagement with the SRO within a further week
*Lead the planning meeting no later than two weeks before the review starts
*Present emerging findings to SRO at the end of each day of the review
*Present the draft report to the SRO at the end of the last day of the review
*Agree the final report no later than a week after the last day of the review
*Provide written feedback on the members to the DAC no later than a week after the last day of the review

Desirable Criteria:

*Government (SC) Security Clearance

Experience in public sector and central government organisations is highly desirable.
